Hakuba Village Launches 'Hakuba Decarbonisation Action Project' with Zevero

Hakuba Village’s sustainability roadmap, the Zero Carbon Roadmap, outlines a clear path for achieving these targets. The roadmap focuses on four key areas:
- Improving energy efficiency in accommodation and residential facilities
- Transitioning to zero-emission transport solutions
- Implementing energy recycling methods that harmonise with Hakuba’s natural environment
- Restoring ecosystems and enhancing biodiversity in the region
These initiatives will help reduce the village's carbon emissions while preserving the pristine natural environment that makes Hakuba a leading destination for sustainable tourism.
